Today we are dealing with a single cask, with the particularity of being a small cask with the cask #286 (type "Quarter Cask") or "Chibidaru" which was distilled and matured in 2009 before being
bottled in 2012.

Tasting Notes
- Nose: It smells like the Japanese Quarter Cask has a nose, a wonderful floral palette that just creeps around the nose. The alcohol is well integrated despite the young maturity.
- Palate: It is as successful in the mouth as it is in the nose. We believe that the influence of the cask on the texture is impressive in 3 years.
- Finish: Long and powerful with tangerine notes The addition of water adds fruit to the nose, brings out the honey in the mouth and emphasises the spices in the finish

- Nase: Es riecht wie das japanische Quarter Cask eine Nase hat, eine wundervolle Blumenpalette, die einfach toll die Nase umschleicht. Der Alkohol ist trotz der jungen Reife toll eingebunden
- Gaumen: Im Mund ist er genauso erfolgreich wie in der Nase. Wir glauben, dass der Einfluss des Fasses auf die Textur in 3 Jahren beeindruckend ist.
